Bale Storage Systems

Maren Bale Storage Systems are custom-designed to fit your facility and your requirements.

Completed bales are discharged onto a roller conveyor and rolled to a scale. A power conveyor ensures that only one bale is weighed at at time. When the bale is weighed, a bale ticket is automatically printed and the bale ejected from the scale onto an accummulation conveyor. At the end of this conveyor is a fork lift station where the bale can easily be accessed.

Maren Storage Systems can be configured as a right angle (shown above) or straight line installation - which ever fits your plant best.

Optional equipment includes automatic bale elevators and turntables.
